Building Better Sleep Nectar Mattress Did Not
With their headquarters in Palo Alto, California, Nectar Sleep is a bedding and mattress firm that designed the Nectar Mattress as their flagship memory foam bed.
Nectar Sleep has three mattresses with different profiles: The Nectar, which has a 12” profile; the Nectar Premier, which has a 13” profile; and the Nectar Premier Copper, which has a 14” profile. And as mentioned earlier it’s a three-layer, all-foam bed. It has a quilted cover and breathable base later, with the three layers of foam between: gel-infused memory foam, support memory foam, and high-density polyfoam. The Duvet
Removable and wash friendly, the cover is made of TENCEL lyocell and cotton. Since both of the components are pretty breathable and feel nice to the touch, you get a wonderful feel on your body.
The Layer for Comfort
Helping you distribute your weight for a more comfy sleep, Nectar Mattress has two layers that takes into account comfort and proper sleep posture.
The first layer is a 1-inch top layer that’s made of quilted memory foam with a 4PCF Density, while the next layer is 3 inches and is made of 3.5PCF gel memory foam. They were designed this way so that when you sleep on it, it feels like its hugging your body. Transitional Layer
For the transitional layer, it has a high-density memory foam that measures about 1.75 inches instead of the usual polyfoam other mattresses have. Because of this technology the mattress is capable of hugging your sleeping body without losing any of it’s firmness.
Support Layer

What’s it like?
Taking it out for a spin — or rather, for a sleep — takes some time right from the box. We suggest you purchase it in the morning and start setting up hours before sleeping because it will take precisely that, hours before it’ll expand and reach its entire height.

So how does the Nectar mattress feel, depending on what position you sleep in.
If you’re a back sleeper, then the Nectar Mattress will feel fantastic for you. It gives you the support you need while keeping your spine in a nice neutral position. Your lumbar area however may need extra support, if it sinks a bit deeper but it’s great for back sleepers.
For side sleepers, the memory foam’s conforms itself which allows your shoulders and hips to feel relief as you shift your weight down. This mattress is a great choice for side sleepers as the uniform pressure release of the bed counters the harmful effects side sleeping might have.
Stomach sleepers may not choose this mattress. You’ll definitely feel a sink in your abdomen area with this place, and you’re going to have to be very careful with this because it may impact your body adversely with time. For those who sleep on their stomachs, we would recommend that you opt for a mattress that is harder than this one as it may lead to adverse effects.

The Lightweight Sleeper
As expected, a light sleeper will discover the Nectar to be tough on the body. They experienced the “hugging” sensation, but it wasn’t a very profound one.
