Preferred sleeping settings also affect the quality of sleep we get as not sleeping the perfect way can affect how restful our sleep is.

Building Better Sleep Nectar Mattress Safe

With the Nectar Mattress as their flagship product, Nectar Sleep is a mattress and bedding firm that is stationed in Palo Alto, California.

The height of the mattress will depend on which type you’ll choose. There’s The Nectar, which is a 12″ profile; the Nectar Premier, which has a 13″ profile; and the Nectar Premier Copper, which has a 14″ profile. All mattresses have the signature three-layer all-foam bed which consists of a gel memory foam, dynamic support memory foam, and high-core memory foam; these three layers are sandwiched by a quilted cool cover and a Shift-resistant lower cover. Remember, the thickness isn’t everything, so it’s good to dive into the different parts of the mattress.

Let’s dig into each facet, shall we?

The Cover

Removable and wash friendly, the cover is made from TENCEL lyocell and cotton. Since both of the components are fairly breathable and feel nice to the touch, you get a nice feel on your body.

The Layer for Comfort

Two comfort layers work hand-in-hand to give you not only comfort, but also a balance that makes it possible to distribute your weight evenly throughout the entire mattress.

The first layer is a 1-inch top layer that is made from quilted memory foam with a 4PCF Density, while the second layer is 3 inches and is made of 3.5PCF gel memory foam. Like a gentle embrace, this layer was made so that it emulats like you are being embraced This is turn helps stops pressure points from building up, helps handle bodily aches, and may even help improve spinal alignment for side sleepers.

Transitional Layer

For the transitional layer, it’s a high-density memory foam that measures about 1.75 inches instead of the typical polyfoam other mattresses have. This improvement of the foam enhances how the mattress hugs against your body without sagging too much.

Support Layer

And finally, the support core. It contains a 2.2 PCF High-density polyfoam that is about 5.25 inches thick. Together with the transitional layer, the polyfoam base gives the mattress a firmer base for the softer comfort layers. As a result of this, you get a balanced, medium-firm feel without undermining the support of the mattress as a whole.

What’s it like?

Taking it out for a spin — or rather, for a sleep — takes some time right out of the box. We suggest you purchase it in the morning and start setting up hours before sleeping since it will take precisely that, hours before it is going to expand and reach its full height.

Like a fine wine, it needs to breathe. Nectar Mattress Safe

Once you lie down, give it a few seconds and before you know it, the memory foam will begin kicking into high gear and you will feel a tender embrace over your body. It has a deep hug feeling to it that those who love sleeping “in” a bed rather than “on” it will love this one.

The mattress’ firmness can be described as medium, not too hard, not to soft, it feels balanced. A 6/10 if ever. Firmness though is quite subjective, dependent not just on your preference, but also in your physicality. If you are a bit on the other hand, this may feel a bit more firm for you than others might.

Positioning is the Key

Just how does the Nectar mattress feel, depending on what position you sleep in.

If you’re a back sleeper, then the Nectar Mattress will feel fantastic for you. It gives you the support you need while keeping your spine in a perfect neutral position. Your pelvic region however may need additional support, in case it sinks a bit deeper but it’s terrific for back sleepers.

For side sleepers, the memory foam’s sink allows your shoulders and hips to feel relief as you shift your weight down. This mattress is a perfect choice for side sleepers as the uniform pressure release of the bed counters the adverse effects side sleeping might have.

Stomach sleepers may not want this mattress. You’ll definitely feel a sink in your abdomen area with this place, and you’re going to need to be very careful with that because it might impact your body adversely with time. A firmer mattress might be better suited to those who enjoy sleeping this way.

Couples will enjoy the bed a whole lot. Aside from being spacious enough to hold both of your comfortable, moving around and changing positions won’t be as bothersome with your spouse thanks to its movement isolation and edge support. Nectar Mattress Safe

Body Types for Nectar

For a more comprehensive breakdown, we’ll be getting into body types and how different body types respond differently to the Nectar Mattress.

The Lightweight Sleeper

As expected, a light sleeper will find the Nectar to be tough on the body. They experienced the “hugging” sensation, but it was not a very deep one. The experience could be described as a sort of “floating” feel to it. Usually, these kinds of sleepers require a soft to firm bed if they need that deep body hug.

But if you are a light sleeper and you’re looking for a firm mattress which still has a little that hugging feel, then the Nectar Mattress will be great.

The Average Sleeper

The ordinary sleeper discovered that the Nectar mattress was exactly as advertised — company with a deep, supportive feel that lets you sink in just enough, without it feeling like you are falling into the bed. There was no sagging, good body relief and regardless of the sleeping position, it was good.

Heavyweight Sleepers

For heavy sleepers who want for something more firm, the Nectar Mattress may be the perfect fitThere’ll be a bit of sagging when the mattress begins to hug and form around heavyweight sleepers, but besides that, if this stability is your preference, it’s a wonderful pick.

The Sleep Test

Although we tried to cover as much as we can with our trial , we know really having the ability to feel the mattress on your own, giving it an actual test is the best method to determine whether it’s for you. We can only act as a guide since, in the end of the day, it is all about your preference.

Your right mix of what you need and want to feel every night.

As such, there are usually 90 to 120-day sleep trials for most mattresses. Nectar wanted to one-up that, and provides a 365 day test period before fully committing to it. Think of it as dating your mattress long term before putting a ring on it, as opposed to popping the question after 3 or 4 weeks.

It’s a wonderful comfort to know that option is there, only in the event of anything.

Final Thoughts: Where Dreams Begin Nectar Mattress Safe

So is this the mattress for you?

If you’re not looking for a particularly squishy mattress, and perhaps if you are not a stomach sleeper then this could be the next and best addition to your home.

Thanks to the cost-efficient materials that supply a affordable price and equally as fantastic comfort, Nectar’s mattress is great option for your bedroom Nectar’s managed to create a memory foam with all of the experts, and significantly fewer drawbacks, and that in itself already makes it at least worth giving serious consideration for.
